7 Missing Mobs & Creatures I Need To See In A Minecraft Movie 2

A Minecraft Movie brings viewers into the Overworld, a block-filled dimension which is home to many unique creatures. There are many different kinds of mobs in A Minecraft Movie. Some of the mobs are friendly, such as villagers, sheep, and pigs, while others are very dangerous, like zombies, skeletons, creepers, and spiders. A Minecraft Movie also includes some mobs that are rarely found in the video game, such as a spider jockey and chicken jockey, which has gone viral on social media platforms.

The Nether in A Minecraft Movie is a Hell-like dimension in which several mobs also reside. Malgosha, the main villain of A Minecraft Movie, actually lives in the Nether, and commands creatures like zombified piglins and ghasts. While A Minecraft Movie features a wide variety of mobs, I’m hoping that a potential sequel includes even more. A sequel to A Minecraft Movie has not officially been confirmed, but because of the film’s box office success, it is very likely. Therefore, here are seven mobs that I want to see in A Minecraft Movie 2:

The Ender Dragon Is The Final Boss Of Minecraft’s Survival Mode

The Ender Dragon Rules Over The End

Steve faces an Ender Dragon in Minecraft.

While the Ender Dragon is mentioned in A Minecraft Movie, it is not actually featured in the film. In the video game, players can travel to the End, a creepy and dangerous dimension, to fight the Ender Dragon. To beat Minecraft Survival mode’s final boss, players must destroy crystals, which rest on obsidian towers and can heal the Ender Dragon. Once these are destroyed, the dragon will be much more vulnerable. Since the Ender Dragon is a major boss in the game, it would make sense for it to be a villain in A Minecraft Movie 2.

The Wither Is The Hardest Boss In Minecraft

Minecraft Players Can Summon The Wither

How to Spawn a Wither Boss in Minecraft

While the Ender Dragon is considered to be the final boss for Minecraft’s Survival mode, the Wither actually makes for a much harder fight. The Wither can be summoned by placing three wither skeleton skulls on four pieces of soul sand. During this boss fight, the Wither can destroy blocks and cause a lot of damage to the player. The Wither’s quick movements make for a very hard boss fight, but it is worth it since it is the only mob that drops nether stars, which can be used to make beacons.

Wither Skeletons Can Be Found In Nether Fortresses

Wither Skeletons Are Terrifying Mobs In Minecraft

Minecraft Wither Skeleton (1)

If A Minecraft Movie 2 is going to include the Wither, it would first need to introduce wither skeletons. Wither skeletons are tall, powerful skeletons that reside in nether fortresses. Not much of the Nether is shown in A Minecraft Movie, so it would be great if the sequel featured these massive structures. Steve and the other characters exploring these structures would make for some terrifying scenes, as wither skeletons almost blend into the walls of nether fortresses.

4

Blazes Shoot Fire At Minecraft Players

Blazes Are Immune To Fire & Lava

Minecraft Blaze Mob in the Nether to be Farmed for Blaze Rods and Powder

While wither skeletons can sometimes be hard to spot in nether fortresses, blazes can always clearly be seen since they resemble fire. Just like wither skeletons, blazes can be found in nether fortresses. However, they only spawn in areas of fortresses that have a blaze spawner. Blazes are hard to fight in Minecraft, since they continuously shoot fire at the player. However, they drop valuable items that can be used to make potions or help the player get to the End.

3

Witches Can Introduce Potions In A Minecraft Movie 2

Witches Can Always Be Found Near Swamp Huts In Minecraft

Minecraft Witch (1)

Speaking of potions, it would be amazing to see witches in A Minecraft Movie 2. Villagers and their evil counterparts, illagers, are included in A Minecraft Movie, but witches are an even cooler mob. Witches look just like villagers and illagers, except they have long purple cloaks and a pointy hat. During combat, witches throw potions at the player, which could be dangerous for the characters in A Minecraft Movie 2. However, their inclusion could potentially lead to the characters making their own potions to take on other enemies and survive in harsh environments.

2

Snow Golems Can Fight Alongside Steve & The Other Characters

Snow Golems Throw Snowballs At Enemies

Minecraft Snow Golem

In A Minecraft Movie, Steve and the other characters create several iron golems before their climactic battle against Malgosha and her army. Without iron golems, the characters wouldn’t have been able to defeat Malgosha at the end of A Minecraft Movie. However, they are not the only golems that players can create in Minecraft. While snow golems are not nearly as strong as iron golems, it would still be great to see them in A Minecraft Movie 2. Perhaps they could be used for comedic relief in the sequel, since they really only throw snowballs at enemies.

1

Elder Guardians Live Deep In The Ocean

Elder Guardians Are Hard To Fight Since They Reside Underwater

Minecraft Elder Guardian (1)

Elder guardians are the largest aquatic mob in Minecraft and can be found in ocean monuments, which are massive underwater structures. While the characters stay on land for most of A Minecraft Movie, it would be cool to see them sail the seas in a sequel. If A Minecraft Movie 2 explores the ocean more, tons of new mobs could be introduced in the film. However, out of all the ocean mobs, elder guardians are the most noteworthy, and also the most dangerous. Therefore, it would be great to see them appear in a sequel to A Minecraft Movie.
