Cameron Phillip Heyward (born May 6, 1989) is an American football defensive tackle who currently plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He entered the NFL as the Steelers’ first-round pick in the 2011 NFL draft.

Hayward’s football journey began in college, where he played for Ohio State University from 2007 to 2010. His outstanding skills and performance earned him a chance to join the Pittsburgh Steelers, following in the footsteps of his father, Pro Bowl NFL player Craig Hayward.
