Dark Box shares its journey to 2024
In 2024, Camera Obscura will start touring, which means they will travel to different places to play concerts. The tour will kick off in May in the UK. They will play in cities such as Hebden Bridge, London, Leeds, Manchester, Brighton, Birmingham and Glasgow. Each concert will probably feature their hits and possibly some new songs.

After the UK tour, Camera Obscura will cross the Atlantic to the US and Canada in June. US fans can see them in cities such as Philadelphia, Boston, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta and Washington DC. Canadian fans will have the opportunity to see them in Toronto.
Additionally, the band will stop in Mexico City in June to perform at the Foro Indie Rocks concert hall. These shows will likely bring their music to fans in Mexico.
The tour will end in Glasgow, England in August with a special event. Titled “Belle and Sebastian Present ‘The Glasgow Weekender’,” it sounds like it could be a unique experience, perhaps featuring other artists or special performances with Camera Obscura.

Camera Obscura
Camera Obscura is a band from Scotland. They have been making music together since 1996. They have made five albums so far, the latest one is called “Desire Lines” and was released in 2013. They are preparing to release their sixth album “Look to the East, Look to the West” in May 2024.
The band has four members: Tracyanne Campbell on vocals, Kenny McKeeve on guitar and vocals, Gavin Dunbar on bass, and Lee Thomson on drums. They also had another member, Carey Lander, who played keyboards, but unfortunately she passed away. After that, the band took a break from making music between 2015 and 2018.
People often call their music “twee pop” and compare them to another Scottish band, Belle and Sebastian. People really like their songs because they talk about things like love and sadness, but they say it in a very real and mature way.
