FIFA 23 Title Update 14 Patch Notes
Title Update 14 for FIFA 23 will be released today (June 27) once scheduled server maintenance is completed. EA Sports has outlined today’s update schedule, which includes specific information mentioned in the patch notes. Unlike previous updates, this update focuses on new content in the FIFA Women’s World Cup format.
To access this new DLC, players will need to update the game client to the latest version. EA Sports announced the addition of the FIFA Women’s World Cup via a press conference, similar to how they launched the Men’s FIFA World Cup in 2022. The developers have also provided comprehensive details on how players can access the new mode and how it will work.

FIFA 23 latest news
EA Sports revealed details about Title Update 14 on social media. While they didn’t explicitly mention a release date or time, the June 27th update strongly suggests it will coincide with the release of the FIFA World Cup DLC.
Scheduled maintenance today is expected to end at 7 AM UTC. Assuming there are no delays, the FIFA World Cup DLC will be available after the maintenance period ends. However, in order to enter new content seamlessly, it is crucial to download the latest updates on the respective platforms. Downloads may not be available immediately after server maintenance, but downloads should start automatically when you open Origin, Steam, or your console.
Title Update 14 focuses primarily on the FIFA World Cup DLC and does not include any other major changes, as previous patches have already addressed many gameplay issues. While it’s possible that some minor fixes will be implemented under the hood, EA Sports hasn’t provided any specific information about those fixes in the patch notes.

“FIFA 23” introduces cross-platform play functionality, allowing players to play cross-platform in multiple game modes. Cross-platform play is available in FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) Division Rivals (excluding co-op), FUT Champions, FUT Ultimate Online Draft, FUT Online Friendly (excluding Co-Op), FUT Play a Friend, Online Friendly, Online Season (excluding including cooperative seasons), as well as a virtual representation of the Bundesliga.
However, cross-platform play is limited to consoles within the same generation. For example, players on PlayStation 4 can play with or against players on Xbox One, but not against players on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S, and vice versa. Unfortunately, Pro Club does not support cross-platform play, a decision that has been criticized by the FIFA community.
In other updates, FIFA 23 has removed the option to delete Ultimate Team data. This change was implemented because most players don’t use this option very often. Instead, the option to rename the club name outside of the target screen has been added. In previous FIFA games, players could only use the delete club option four times, as they could create a club up to five times.
Overall, these updates are designed to enhance the FIFA 23 gaming experience by introducing cross-play in selected game modes, while adjusting club management features based on player usage patterns and feedback.
