Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth How to complete Stuck in a Rut, Completing the Repairs and Rewards

How to complete “Stuck in the Trouble” in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

To complete the “Stuck in a Rut” quest in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, follow these steps:

  • Find Gabe at the ranch in the Junon area. He will tell you that the farm needs repairs.

  • To repair the wagon, you need to find a mountain chocobo that can climb walls. Look for the stairs near Expedition Intel 1: Chocobluff Lifespring to find the repairman’s hut.

  • Tame Belle the Mountain Chocobo by solving puzzles on the farm that involve operating a carriage. Use a stone to hit the carriage switch and hide behind the carriage when approaching Belle.

  • Once you have Belle under control, talk to the repairman in the hut. He’ll give you a rough map showing the locations of repair materials. Use Belle’s sense of smell to find them.

  • The first set of materials is located north of Belle, the second set of materials is located north of the first set, near a dilapidated building in front of Angler’s Storage, and the third set of materials is located under a tower east of Angler’s Storage.

  • Return to the cabin with all three sets of materials to complete the repairs.

  • Finally, return to the ranch to find Gabe to complete the mission.

By completing all three repairs for Gabe, you’ll earn rewards including a Chocobo Cart that allows you to quickly travel between the grasslands and Junon without having to go through the mines, items such as the Vulture Cedar and Mature Oak, the Queen’s Guard Bracelet, Party EXP, EXP Points, and increased Intimacy with Aerith.
