Forza Motorsport will be released on October 5, 2023. Players who purchase the Premium Edition or Xbox Game Pass and Premium Add-Ons Bundle DLC will have early access to it, and will be fully released on October 10, 2023. It is developed by Turn 10 Studios and published by Xbox Game Studios. It is the thirteenth entry in the “Forza” series.

This particular title is a reboot of the Forza sub-series, ditching the previous sequential numbering. The game runs on Windows, steam, and Xbox Series X/S platforms, and offers enhanced graphics on these new consoles. Players can enjoy a variety of racing features in both single-player and multiplayer modes, making it an exciting addition to the Forza series.

  • General stability improvements and various crash fixes.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur in Builders Cup Career Mode after upgrading a car and entering open practice in the Fox Body Challenge at Watkins Glen.

  • Fixed a crash that could occur in the cutscene at the Great Oaks Club Track when entering the open practice session for the third race of the Constructors Cup Introductory Series.

  • Fixed a crash that could occur if there were too many cars with custom thumbnails when entering a free race from the My Cars menu.

  • Fixed a crash that could occur when loading into free matches.

  • Fixed an issue that would cause players to lose progress in Forza Motorsport if they continued to play after a new game update was released.

  • Fixed an issue where control of the car would not be returned to the player when exiting the pits in Featured Multiplayer and starting a single player race in Free Play.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented players from downloading and saving other players’ uniforms before a private multiplayer match.

  • Fixed an issue on the 2016 Ford #66 Ford Racing GT Le Mans that caused the decals to be reflected and offset on the other side of the car when moving the decals around the “top” or “hood” of the vehicle in the livery editor.

  • Fixed an issue where stripe decals on the 2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS would not line up correctly between the hood, roof and wings.

  • Fixed a crash in Apply Decals when importing a layer group from a previous Forza game and then trying to apply vinyl shapes.

  • Improves wet tire wear in conditions with moderate track humidity. Wet tires will still wear out quickly in dry or semi-dry conditions.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented players from downloading other players’ custom tuning settings while browsing the leaderboards.

  • Fixed an issue where custom keybindings for a controller or keyboard would not be saved between game sessions.

  • Fixed an issue where the speech-to-text window would not appear when enabling speech-to-text or text-to-speech.
  • Fixed an issue where the speech-to-text or text-to-speech window would remain on the screen indefinitely until the game was restarted.

  • Fixed an issue on the 1956 Jaguar D-Type that caused the cockpit view to appear too low and cut through the driver’s collar.
  • Fixed an issue on Alfa Romeo Giuletta Quadrifoglio Verde that caused the front of the car to disappear after selecting the front bumper visual upgrade.

  • Fixed the issue where the side skirts of the 2014 Volkswagen Golf R could not be seen after installing the body kit.

  • Fixed an issue on the 1977 Holden Torana where both the street and sports roll cages would be visible on the car when a competition roll cage was installed.

  • Removed visible texture on 2021 Lexus LC 500 Race roll cage texture.

  • Fixed an issue on 2004 Porsche 911 GT3, 1997 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec, 2018 Renault Megane RS and 2012 MINI John Cooper Works GP where the higher-level roll cage Visible during upgrade.

  • Fixed an issue on the 2021 BMW M3 where the RPM displayed on the digital instrument panel was out of sync with the RPM displayed on the Forza UI HUD.

  • Fixed an ambient occlusion bug on the exterior and interior views of the 2016 Cadillac ATS-V, and fixed a separate issue that damaged geometry clipping when viewing the car from a distance.

  • Fixed an issue where the 2014 Lamborghini Huracan’s car dashboard, dashboard cluster, headlights, taillights and brake lights would not light up. We also fixed an ambient occlusion bug on this vehicle.

  • Updated the mirror texture of the 2018 SUBARU #1 Adrian Flux SUBARU Racing Levorg GT from a repeating pattern to the expected semi-gloss metallic silver texture.

  • Fixed an issue on the 2020 Chevrolet C8 Corvette Stingray where using the Remove Wings Upgrade made the stock wings visible on the car.

  • Fixed a strange behavior scenario for players who owned Forza Motorsport Premium Edition or Premium Add-Ons Bundle on Xbox and Steam and used the same Gamertag on both versions, where duplicate DLC vehicles would cause an error message prompting the player to re- Purchase relevant DLC.

  • Fixed an exploit where DLC car replicas purchased from the showroom could be used on another account or platform where the DLC was not purchased.

In Forza Motorsport you’ll find over 500 vehicles and 800 upgrades, including new and returning vehicles from earlier games, giving you an authentic racing experience.
