Good Omens is a British fantasy comedy series created and written by Neil Gaiman and based on his and Terry Pratchett’s 1990 novel of the same name. The six-episode series, co-produced by Amazon Studios and BBC Studios, is directed by Douglas McKinnon and Gaiman serves as showrunner.

Starring Michael Sheen and David Tennant, also starring Adria Arjona, Miranda Richardson, Michael McKean, Jack Whitehall, Nick Offerman, Brian Cox, Mireille Enos, Jon Hamm, and Frances McDormand, the voice of God who voices the show.

Like the novel, Good Omens features a variety of Christian themes and characters, and is told through the eyes of the angel Aziraphale and the demon Crowley as various characters try to encourage or prevent the coming apocalypse.

All episodes of the first season were released on Amazon Prime Video on May 31, 2019, and aired weekly on BBC Two in the UK from January 15 to February 19, 2020. At the last moment, Beelzebub grants Shax the position of Archduke of Hell, leading to an unexpected twist. Gabriel and Beelzebub decided to leave Hell together and start a new life elsewhere. Good Omens Season 2 Episode 6 Ending Explained

At the end of Good Omens Season 2 Episode 6, Aziraphale and Crowley had a heart-to-heart conversation. Aziraphale shares the exciting news that he has been appointed to Gabriel’s old position as Heaven’s Supreme Archangel.

Even more surprising is that Metatron also restored Crowley’s angel status. Crowley, however, was not thrilled with this development.
