Fix the error that the first descendant NGS reset failed
According to Nexon, this error can appear in The First Descendant if the antivirus service blocks the game from launching, and you need to add the game to its list of exclusions or exceptions.

This is a common problem in many multiplayer games, and we recommend adding the entire game folder to the exceptions list. - Open Steam and right-click The First Descendant
- Select Manage, then Browse Local Files
Now you can either add the entire “The First Descendant” folder, or add the BlackCipher folder in the following location.

This folder specifically contains the NGService mentioned in the error message. Once you add your game to the exclusion list, the error should go away.
