The Anvil Hammer is located in the Ruined Forge Lava Intake dungeon. It is located on the east side of the Gravesite Plain area, after crossing the Ellac Greatbridge, take the lower path to the right of the Castle Front Site of Grace.

This is a small dungeon that the player can enter from the beginning. It is fairly easy to avoid all the enemies in it if you just want to get the weapons, and there are no bosses to fight.

Elden Ring players can obtain the Anvil Hammer by reaching the end of the Ruined Forge Lava Intake dungeon. This area contains a very linear path, with the only trick being that lava goo will fall from the ceiling at inopportune locations.
Follow this path down until there is a larger room with two paths. Go up to the top path and pull the lever to make a giant pillar drop down onto the lava pit. Take a chance and jump onto the pillar and run all the way to the top.

There is a narrow passage on the right with a furnace in it. Interacting with the furnace will yield an Anvil Hammer and an Ancient Dragon Forge Stone.
The anvil hammer comes with the forging spear skill, and after hitting the anvil hammer, the spear will rise from the ground. Using this weapon also requires 39 strength, 20 faith, 11 intelligence, and 10 agility.
