“Persona 5 Tactica” emerged from Atlus’s desire to expand the “Persona” series into the strategy role-playing game genre. The developers leveraged experience with similar game styles and recognized the compatibility between Persona 5’s world and strategic RPG gameplay to integrate familiar series features into this new tactical adventure game.
How to defeat enemies in Persona 5: Tactics?
In Persona 5 Tactica, mastering the art of taking down your enemies is crucial to gaining an advantage in combat. In order to effectively take down enemies, you need to get them out of cover first. Enemies hiding behind cover can resist incoming attacks, making them difficult to deal with. However, attacking them with a melee attack will push them out of cover, leaving them exposed and vulnerable to further actions.
Another way to knock down enemies is to take advantage of status effects they may be suffering from, such as Burn or Oblivion. When an enemy is affected by these conditions, any type of attack will bypass their defensive stance and knock them down. This method is particularly useful against opponents hiding behind environmental obstacles that may be difficult to reach by traditional means.
Once an enemy is knocked down, the “One-More” system is triggered, giving the attacking character additional actions. By constantly leveraging this mechanic, a single character can unleash a series of attacks, chaining “One-More” moves together to continuously target and damage fallen enemies. This series of actions is critical to establishing a powerful “triple threat” all-out attack.

Once unlocked, you can use the “Triple Threat” all-out attack. It involves forming a triangular position around a fallen enemy, allowing all team members to perform area of effect (AOE) attacks. This attack is triggered by a character affected by “One-More,” further emphasizing the strategic importance of consistently knocking down enemies to build up this powerful team attack. In Persona 5: Tactics, mastering the techniques of taking down enemies can open the way to devastating attacks and efficient combat strategies.

How to earn multiple “One More” in Persona 5 Tactica?
In Persona 5 Tactica, getting multiple “One More” attacks in a turn is a strategic endeavor that requires careful planning and efficient execution. To achieve this, approach a group of enemies located behind the same cover, where you can usually dodge attacks.
Use character skills to target multiple opponents at the same time. Activating these skills will cause all enemies to be forcibly removed from cover, making them vulnerable to your subsequent actions. Knock down an enemy with a well-aimed shot or a directional attack, triggering a “One More Time” attack opportunity. Then, quickly shift your focus to another enemy, effectively knocking them out for an extra “one more” attack.
This strategy allows for multiple “One More” attacks in one turn. Some players have even managed to get up to five “one more” attacks by cleverly deploying Persona abilities to eject multiple enemies from cover at the same time. Mastering this strategy will not only enhance your combat prowess, but also provide a significant advantage in Persona 5: Tactics engagements.
