Disney Dream Valley
Disney Dreamlight Valley is a new video game launching in 2023. In this game, you need to take care of a special valley filled with Disney and Pixar characters. These characters have a problem – they’ve lost their memories due to a curse. The game lets you help them and take care of this magical place.
It was first released on September 6, 2022 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Later, on December 6, 2022, they released the macOS version along with some new content for the game. Initially, you’ll have to pay in advance to play, but they’re considering making it free. But in October 2023, they changed their minds and decided it wouldn’t be free after all.

To bring Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King, to Disneyland, you can unlock him for free by completing a mission called “Something Knocks on the Door.” First, make sure you have Forgotten Lands unlocked in the game. This quest will pop up automatically when you update the game and start playing. The mission is to find four special dolls called “Russian Matryoshka Dolls” hidden around the Valley of Dreams. They can be found in different areas, but you’ll usually find them in the square to start. Look for these dolls sparkling on the ground.
Once you find at least one doll, talk to Merlin. He will suggest finding a specific tree in the Forgotten Land. It is a tall, skinny tree with ribbed bark, like a pumpkin. You need to place all four dolls into the tree, and as you do so, the pumpkin on it will gradually turn orange again.
When you put in the fourth doll, Skeleton Jack will appear in the valley. But wait, he needs a place to call home! This can be done by building his house anywhere in the valley and paying Scrooge McDuck 5000 Star Coins. Finally, chat with Jack to complete the “Something’s Knocking on the Door” quest. Once completed, congratulations! You’ve welcomed Jack Skellington to Disneyland’s Dreamland, and he’s ready to bring his special holiday magic to your game.
