KKR ended a decade-long wait with a dominant performance, restricting SRH to just 113 runs before quickly chasing the target with 9.3 overs remaining. The win added to KKR’s wins in 2012 and 2014.

For their outstanding performance, KKR received a cash prize of Rs 20 crore as the IPL 2024 champions, while the runners-up SRH received Rs 12.5 crore.

2024 IPL Finals Champion and Runner-up Prize Money
BCCI announced the prize money for the IPL 2024 champions, with a total prize pool of Rs 46.5 crore. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) won the final and received a prize of Rs 20 crore. KKR and SRH played aggressive cricket throughout the tournament and earned a spot in the IPL 2024 finals.
