The second season of IPL stands out for its excellent hat tricks, as unconventional bowling portrays their names in history. It is worth noting that Yuvraj Singh represented Punjab in 2009 and won two hat tricks, leaving him second only to Amit Mishra.

In addition, Rohit Sharma, wearing a Hyderabad jersey, joined the elite team and won an unforgettable hat trick.

The 2023 IPL season saw a lone hat-trick, which was achieved by Rashid Khan when he clashed with Kolkata Knight at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Rashid Khan hit No. 17, revoking Andre Russell, Sunil Narine and Shardul Thakur, causing a major blow to the KKR lineup.
