Find the pilgrim’s perch:

Go to the Pilgrim’s Roost and defeat the Disaster-stricken Sister Delise boss to reach it.

Arriving at the luggage room:

Make your way through the Pilgrim’s Perch until you reach the remains of Blind Agatha in the bell tower.

Descend and find the ladder:
