Never before has a team scored more than 36 runs in a single over and previously in men’s international T20 matches, only three players have hit six sixes in a single over. The previous record for most runs scored in a single over was 36 by Yuvraj Singh in 2007 and Kieron Pollard last year, but Visser easily broke that record with his unprecedented bowling prowess.
