Darkwinter Software Co., Ltd recently concluded the first closed beta of its upcoming strategy role-playing game Neural Cloud, which is expected to launch globally in November 2022. With over 1 million players pre-registered for the game worldwide, Neural Cloud delivers a non-linear gameplay style that promotes creativity and customization. The game will be available as a free game on the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Neural Cloud is a hero collecting game that incorporates a gacha mechanic that allows players to summon their favorite characters, known as “dolls” in the game. As with other gacha games, the rarity of the dolls affects the likelihood of summoning them, with higher rarity dolls having a lower summoning rate and lower rarity dolls having a higher summoning rate. Here are the different doll rarities and their corresponding ratios:

3 stars Florence(PA-15)
In the game, Florence is listed as a three-star doll with medical properties and was considered one of the most effective healers at the time of global launch. Florence can provide protective buffs to allies, reducing damage taken. With the active skill “Special Care”, Florence can use 500% of the calculation power to heal the ally with the lowest current health. For every 1% of the target’s health lost, the healing amount will be increased by 1%, and 5 layers of protection will be added. Each layer of protection reduces damage by 16%. Florence’s ultimate skill, Forbidden Elixir, reduces the health of selected allies by 60% and provides them with a euphoric buff that lasts for 7 seconds. In the excited state, the friendly attack power and calculation power increase by 100%, and the blood sucking increases by 10%. In addition, Florence’s passive skill “Charming Angel” causes her to cause charm debuff every fourth basic attack, which lasts for 4 seconds. Medical type, Drunken Night Banquet increases Gin’s critical hit rate and provides basic attack effects to allies. The Cloud Server Special Edition allows Gin’s basic attacks to heal the lowest health ally and provide them with a defensive buff. Amber Dream is a healing ultimate that heals all allies and provides an additional healing bonus to allies with defensive buffs.

2 Hoshi Sakuya
In the game, Sakuya is a 2-star doll classified as an expert. Her passive skill “Flower” causes her basic attacks to mark the target and have a 20% chance to inflict an additional Bleed debuff when taking damage from all sources for 5 seconds. This probability is doubled when Sakuya deals damage. Her active skill “Leaf-Cut Blade” is an area skill that will cause physical damage equal to 180% of the attack power to all enemies, and superimpose 1 layer of bleeding for 5 seconds. This skill can be reactivated if the enemy’s maximum bleed stacks reach 10. Enemies affected by the Bleed debuff take damage equal to 0.2% of their maximum health every second. Sakuya’s ultimate skill, Manyo Storm, will launch a series of blades in a specific direction, causing physical damage equal to 600% of the attack power. Additionally, all enemies hit gain a random number of bleed stacks (1-9) for 5 seconds.

In the game, Angela is an expert doll with a 2-star rating. Her passive skill “Daytime Fable” causes enemies to lose 25% of their skill haste after using the skill. Angela’s active skill “Witch Night” is a useful move in PvP game modes, as it adds 3 seconds to the skill gauges of all allies and reduces the skill gauges of all enemies by 3 seconds. Angela’s ultimate ability, “Dragon’s Nest Vision,” is a crowd control ability that targets a single enemy and applies the Dragon’s Breath debuff to them. - Class A Dolls – Dolls included in this tier have excellent base statistics and average abilities that can be useful in certain situations. Some of these dolls serve as support members on multiple teams.
- Tier B Dolls – Dolls included in this tier have average base statistics and average base abilities. It is not recommended to use these dolls early in the game as their abilities and usage will decrease drastically.
