How to defeat Opulent Hands in Persona 3 Reload?

In Persona 3 Reloaded, Opulent Hands appear in Hell 119 to 144. They are just like the other rare hand-shaped enemies in the game. Opulent Hands are difficult to deal with because they are hard to hit and will quickly flee if you don’t defeat them quickly. But there is a way to defeat them easily.

The Magnificent Hands are weak against Striking damage. Striking attacks are indicated by a fist icon. Some Personas and characters (such as Junpei and Akihiko) can use Striking attacks. Since the Magnificent Hands only have 700 health points, they are not very difficult to deal with.

Here is the best way to defeat them:

  • First, use Sukunda to lower their accuracy and evasion. This will make it easier to hit them.
  • Then, use striking attacks as often as possible. Junpei and Akihiko can use these attacks. Akihiko’s standard attacks also count as striking damage. Fusible Personas like Forneus have attacks like Bash, which works well against Opulent Hands.
  • Try to trigger your full attack quickly to deal a lot of damage. If the Hand of Opulence runs away, don’t worry. It may come back later. You can also practice fighting them by fighting the Hand of Preciousness.

What are the weaknesses of the Opulent Hand in Persona 3 Reload?

In Persona 3 Reloaded, the Hand of Plenty is different from the other rare Hand of Shadow Supreme. It has a weakness: it is vulnerable to physical damage moves called Strike. Many characters in the protagonist’s party can use these attacks.

If you don’t have a character or characters that can use Striking Damage, don’t worry. Other attacks will still work against Opulent Hand, but they won’t be as effective.

The Hand of Opulence is a rare enemy found in layers 119 to 144 of Hell. Once defeated, they provide a large amount of experience and valuable items. Some of the items they drop are required for certain quests in the late game, as requested by Elizabeth. While the Hand of Opulence isn’t the last rare Shadow you’ll face, it is one of the easiest to defeat.
