Persona 3 Reload Sushi, How to Complete I’d Like to Try Sushi Request?

Persona 3: Sushi Reloaded

In Persona 3 Reloaded, one of the game’s characters, Elizabeth, asks the player to complete a notable task: finding sushi. Although the game is set in Japan, surprisingly, there are no traditional sushi restaurants in the game. Instead, the virtual world is full of Western-style burger restaurants and the occasional udon shop, making sushi very difficult to find.

In Persona 3 Remake, Elizabeth has various requests for players, and one of the most confusing tasks is to get her sushi. This particular request, labeled “Request 74,” appeared around the beginning of October. To access this quest, players may need to fulfill some of Elizabeth’s previous item requests.

Similar to her other food-related quests, such as the Beef Bowl Request, this one revolves around obtaining a specific type of sushi from a specific location in the city and bringing it back to Elizabeth for her to taste. Despite the lack of traditional sushi restaurants in the game, completing this sushi request is relatively simple. The player needs to navigate to the designated location, obtain the requested sushi, and then return it to Elizabeth to complete the quest and receive the associated reward.

How do I complete the “I want to try sushi” request?

To complete the “I Want to Try Sushi” request in Persona 3 Reload, follow these steps. After accepting Elizabeth’s 74th request, head to the main map and transfer to the Nagasaki Shrine. Although this shrine is located in a different location than the sushi, it is key to fulfilling the request. Once you reach the shrine, approach the small red shrine on the left side of the area.

Interacting with the shrine, the protagonist will notice some Inari sushi left by some people. During this scene, he recalls that Elizabeth wanted sushi. Completing this step requires using the Academic attribute, so it is recommended to raise this attribute to a certain level. If your character has a level 6 Genius attribute, it will be enough, but it is unclear whether lower attributes will work.

During this scene, an old lady will give you sushi. Once you have the sushi, return to Elizabeth outside the Velvet Room and give her the sushi to complete the request. As a reward for completing the request, you will receive an Ergo Stone. Not only does this quest add an interesting twist to the game, it also provides a unique blend of cultural elements within the virtual world of Persona 3 Reload.

Persona 3 Reloaded

Persona 3 Reload is a video game made by Atlus. It is like a new version of another game from 2006 called Persona 3. This new version was released on February 2, 2024, and you can play it on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

In this game, you play as a high school student who returns to his hometown ten years after his parents died in a car accident. The protagonist can summon something called a Persona, which is like a manifestation of his inner soul. He joins a group called Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (SEES) with other people who can do the same thing. Together, they must fight the Shadows and solve the mystery of the Dark Hour.

Fans of the Persona series are eager for a remake of Persona 3, especially after the success of Persona 5. Game developer Atlus officially stated that they listened to the fans’ calls and started working on the remake in 2019. They announced the game in June 2023 after first talking about the game in April 2023.

Reload retains the story of the original Persona 3, but makes it look and function even better. The characters were redesigned by Azusa Shimada, and Shigenori Soejima made sure everything looked good. Atsushi Kitajoh composed new music for the game, and Azumi Takahashi and Lotus Juice sang some of the songs. The game aims to match the quality of later games in the Persona series.
