Getting an S rank in Ready or Not’s “23 MB A Second” mission requires strategic entry and careful room clearing. Start by using the fire escape entrance, focusing on the server farm on the second floor. Make sure to eliminate suspicion completely and monitor the atrium door. Proceed to the third floor and detain the mother in her apartment. Clear the atrium from above for a better view. Be prepared to break through locked doors with flash bangs and caution. Clean the room, detain Michael in the live broadcast room, and avoid lethal force to ensure S rank.

In Ready or Not, you play as David “Judge” Beaumont, the leader of a crime-fighting police team. This is a realistic tactical shooter, which means you and your enemies can be taken down in just a few shots. You can choose from a variety of guns and customize them with accessories. The game encourages capturing suspects alive and offers less lethal options like Tasers. Fire discipline is critical because shooting an innocent person or restraining a suspect can have consequences.
There are five game modes with different challenges, including dealing with suspects, rescuing hostages, and defusing bombs. You can perform missions alone with your AI teammates or cooperatively with others online. There are plans to offer a competitive player versus player mode in a future version.
