The next day, mourners from Kitchen attend the funeral of Lord Kitchener at Life After Life, where Izzy works. The mourners sing and welcome Izzy, which causes him to change his mind and decide to let Benjy live with him. Meanwhile, Benjy, along with other displaced Kitchen residents, launches a counterattack against the upper-class Burlington Arcade.
Between scenes of mourners singing, young Staples and his friends smash windows and the luxury apartment. Kitchen Conspiracy
Kane Robinson plays Izzy, who lives in a place called “Kitchen” which is like a futuristic neighborhood. It looks a bit strange, with buildings stacked on top of each other, similar to an old place in Hong Kong called Kowloon Walled City. Kitchen is far away from the main city of London and is where poor people live. The police often come here and do some very tough and violent things. Izzy works for a special agency called Life After Life, which organizes funerals in a unique way. Families who can’t afford a regular funeral can have their loved ones turned into trees for planting.
Izi thinks the government will take over the kitchen soon, so people are preparing to leave. Izi usually keeps to himself and doesn’t have many friends, but everything changes when he meets a boy named Benji (played by Jedaiah Bannerman). Benji is alone after losing his parents, and he starts following Izi. They become friends, and Izi’s plans to leave the kitchen become complicated. As they face more problems with the police and things go from bad to worse in the kitchen, Izi and Benji band together and learn how to face challenges and take care of each other.
