India’s least educated state
If we talk about the least educated state in India, it is Bihar. Speaking of the literacy rate here, in 2011, the literacy rate here was 61.8%. Among them, the male literacy rate is 71.20% and the female literacy rate is 51.50%. This is lower than the national average (74.04%). Rohtas is the most educated district here, with more than 75% of the population literate.
