2024 Olympics Medal Table: 39 exciting gold medal races on the penultimate day of the Paris 2024 Olympics. Notably, the men’s marathon (8am), traditionally the last event of the track and field competition, has swapped places with the women’s marathon to highlight female athletes at the first gender-equal Olympics.

The athletics competition will conclude with eight finals, including the men’s high jump (7:10 p.m.), in which Gianmarco Tamberi and Mutaz Barshim, who tied for gold at the Tokyo Olympics, are both in the final again but are currently dealing with injury issues. In addition, the day will conclude several team sports championships, including men’s basketball, women’s football, women’s handball, men’s volleyball and women’s water polo.
