Valorant is a futuristic, team-based, first-person tactical hero shooter. The story takes place in the near future, and players take on the role of agents, representing different characters from different countries and cultures around the world.[6] In the primary game mode, players are divided into offensive and defensive teams, with each team consisting of five players. Each agent has unique abilities, and each ability requires payment to use.
Additionally, they have ultimate abilities that can be charged up through kills, deaths, orbs, or completing objectives. At the start of each round, players are equipped with a “classic” pistol and a set number of signature ability charges. Throughout the game, players can purchase additional weapons and ability charges using the in-game economy system, which rewards money based on the results of the previous round, player kills, and completed objectives.
