John Matthew Stafford (born February 7, 1988) is an American football quarterback who currently plays for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). Stafford began his football career at the University of Georgia and later entered the NFL as the No. 1 pick in the 2009 NFL draft by the Detroit Lions.
