• Chief Strategy Officer, Cipla Limited (2019-2024): In this role, Gill had a significant impact on the pharmaceutical industry and was involved in some of the company’s key strategy formulations.
• Senior Principal and Head of Consulting, South Asia, IQVIA (Global Leader in Healthcare Data and Analytics): Based in Mumbai, Gill not only managed consulting and services for the South Asian subcontinent, but also made great strides in leading the firm’s private equity and international partnership projects.
• Executive Assistant to the CEO of Ranbaxy: With this in mind, it is pertinent to inform you that Gill previously held the same position at Ranbaxy, a commercial pharmaceutical company.
• Co-founded a consulting firm while pursuing a PhD: This spirit was reflected in 1994, when he co-founded a consulting firm while pursuing a PhD at Cambridge University.
