Neetu David is a legendary left-arm orthodox bowler from India who created history by becoming the second Indian female cricketer to be inducted into the prestigious International Cricket Federation Hall of Fame. Born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh on September 1, 1977, she made her debut for India in 1995 at the age of 17 and made an immediate impact with her bowling skills. Neetu David’s career highlights

One of Neetu David’s most notable achievements was her unbeaten bowling figures of 8/53 against England in a Test match in Jamshedpur to remain unbeaten in women’s Test cricket record. She played 10 Tests, taking 41 wickets, and was even more dominant in the ODI format, taking 141 wickets in 97 matches, becoming India’s second-highest wicket-taker in women’s ODIs winner.
