Rick and Morty plot
“Rick and Morty” tells the story of a family: Jerry and Beth, their children Summer and Morty, and Beth’s father Rick Sanchez, who lives with them. They live near Seattle, but most of the story takes place in other worlds and dimensions.
Rick is a strange scientist who likes to drink and doesn’t care much about conventional things like school or family. He often takes his 14-year-old grandson Morty on adventures in the wild. Morty is a good boy, but he gets scared easily. His sister, Summer, is a typical teenager who wants to fit in with her friends and sometimes join in their adventures.
Their mom, Beth, is normal and tries to keep things organized. She is an equine surgeon but feels unsure about her life. Her husband Jerry is a simple man, not very confident. He doesn’t like Rick’s influence on the family.
