On August 16, the winners of the 70th National Film Awards were announced, honoring outstanding talent and efforts in Indian cinema.

The awards were announced by Rahul Rawail, Chairman of the Feature Films Jury, Nila Madhab Panda, Chairman of the Non-Fiction Films Jury and Gangadhar Mudalair, Chairman of the Best Screenplay Jury.
