Dr. Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is commonly known as Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. According to the Ministry of Social Justice of the Indian government, his birth anniversary is April 14. He is considered the force behind the Dalit Buddhist movement in India.
