Armored Core 6 Retrieve Battle Log
Battle Logs are collectibles in Armored Core VI, and tracking their location is a crucial endeavor for those seeking the coveted Battle Log Collector trophies and achievements.
These logs are held by specific opponents, and defeating these enemies is the key to obtaining the logs. However, it’s important to note that defeating the enemy is only half the battle – completing the mission after defeating the enemy is a must in order to calculate the log. An interesting aspect is that once you obtain these logs, they never appear again. They come in four different rarities: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
As an added bonus, these logs help increase your “Hunter Level,” which is highlighted on the Garage screen. With each progression through the hunter level, a new part is unlocked, which contributes to completing the “Asset Holder” trophy and achievement – a feat achieved by unlocking all parts. To identify these unique opponents, look for the unique “log” icon to the left of their health bar.

All combat log locations in Armored Core 6
In Armored Core 6, retrieving combat logs is a key task that will help you progress. Here are the details of where they are and how to retrieve them:
Battle Log Location 1 – Armored Core 6
- Below the Starting Wall: When you start the mission, the first battle log can be found directly below the wall you are on. Just look down to spot it.
Battle Log Location 2 – Armored Core 6
- Side of Building: The subsequent battle logs are located on the side of the building where the first log was located. However, this area is guarded by two more powerful MTs (Mechanical Troops).
Battle Log Location 3 – Armored Core 6
- Hug the right wall: Exit the area you started in and follow the road. As you make your way around the crater in the center of the area, hug the right wall. Here, you’ll encounter another battle log, which is kept by the MT.
Battle Log Location 4 – Armored Core 6
- Left Wreck: Located on the wreckage to the left of the previous battle log, the next log may result in you being ambushed by an enemy MT while investigating.
Battle Log Location 5 – Armored Core 6
- Crater Exploration: Venture into the crater and you’ll find another battle log on a wrecked unit. Stay alert as you may be ambushed by a unique AC (i.e. Xiao Ziyi) at this point, which will provide you with the battle log necessary to complete the battle log.
Battle Log Location 6 – Armored Core 6
- Across the Crater: The sixth and final mission Sensitive Battle Log can be found on the opposite side of the Crater where you start. Once the timer runs out, the task ends. Make sure to defeat all opponents and collect all battle logs to get 60k+ mission rewards.
By carefully navigating these locations and overcoming potential opponents, you can successfully retrieve the battle log and progress through the game.
How to retrieve battle log?
In order to effectively retrieve the battle log and complete the mission, please focus on targeting Yue Yu, also known as Xiao Ziyi. Their location is in the lower part of the map, adding to the challenge of your mission.
When the mission starts, head straight ahead until you reach an open area with a lot of debris. In this area, jump in to find Xiao Ziyi. Fighting this unit isn’t too complicated, but it’s important to maintain a rhythm that matches theirs and try to disrupt their movements.

The main goal, however, is to defeat them quickly, ensuring you have enough time to complete the mission’s overall goal, which is to retrieve the logs scattered across the map before the timer expires. The strategic balance between effectively taking down Xiao Ziyi and effectively protecting the battle log is crucial to successfully completing the mission.
Armored Core 6 gameplay
Armored Core 6 offers a gameplay experience centered around mecha-vehicle combat. Players take on the role of a skilled pilot commanding a powerful mechanized suit called the Armored Core. The game’s emphasis on customization is a defining feature, allowing players to extensively modify their mechs using a variety of parts to enhance their performance and abilities.
A key highlight of the gameplay is the ability for players to equip their mechs with a variety of weapons. With one slot on each arm and two on the back of the mech, players are free to strategically customize their arsenal, providing diverse tactical options in combat.
The established arena concept from the previous game continues in the form of the Combat Ability Assessment Program, allowing players to showcase their skills and compete competitively against other players.
It’s worth noting that Armored Core VI differs from the debt system in previous games, in which players suffered losses due to failed missions. Instead, players can now attempt missions multiple times without financial repercussions, creating an environment for improvement and experimentation. This change encourages players to improve their gameplay without having to worry about monetary setbacks, ultimately prompting them to refine their strategies and improve their performance.
