There are two versions of these crazy twins: one is a tough boss you encounter in Tziah, and the other appears as a common enemy in the first part of Harabah. Like some of the other tough bosses in the game, you need to know their weaknesses and strengths to have a chance against them.
Let’s break it down: When you face the Crazy Twins in Tziah’s Monad Door, they’re very vulnerable to slashing. This means that using moves like sword slashing can really hurt them. But here’s the tricky part – they’re very resistant to other types of attacks. Wind and fire moves don’t have much effect on them, and they can shrug off piercing and light abilities.
If you’re lucky enough to have Saburo, Junpei, or Kamemaru on your team, you’ll be in a better situation. With these guys around, you can unleash some powerful all-out attacks and make the fight a little easier. If Shikali is on your team, she’ll focus on supporting everyone by healing and weakening enemies. But since the Crazy Twins are weak to physical attacks like slashes, you probably won’t need her support in this fight.

To defeat the Crazy Twins in Persona 3 Reloaded, you need to develop a solid strategy and understand their weaknesses. In Tziah, where you first encounter them, they are very vulnerable to Slash attacks. Therefore, bring teammates who are good at melee combat, such as Mitsuru, Junpei, or Koromaru.
With them, you can unleash powerful all-out attacks that deal massive damage. Additionally, Yukari can support the team with healing and debuffs to keep everyone engaged in the fight. However, be careful, as the Crazy Twins are resistant to piercing and light skills, negate wind and fire attacks, and can take some punishment.
In Harabah, their weaknesses have changed; this time, they are vulnerable to Dark abilities. Utilize characters like Koromaru who can exploit this weakness with their Eiga skills. But be careful with their (Ma)Kougaon attacks, especially when Koromaru is in your party, as they can be particularly harmful.
Ken’s focus on physical damage and support also proves useful. Keep in mind that the Crazy Twins will sometimes appear with other enemies, providing an extra challenge. But with careful planning, exploiting their weaknesses, and using your team’s strengths, you can defeat the Crazy Twins in Persona 3 Reloaded.
