Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster System Requirements Revealed

The Dead Rising Deluxe Remastered was officially unveiled during Capcom Next: Summer 2024, with details on gameplay, comparisons to the original, and new features. This “remastered version” was essentially built from scratch for the RE Engine, with improvements that are more in line with the style of a remastered version. On its Steam page, we got our first look at some technical details, including the system requirements for the Dead Rising Deluxe Remastered.

The game isn’t very demanding on graphics cards, with requirements very close to the recent Resident Evil 4: Remake. Players can expect to see similar performance, and Capcom has confirmed that if you want to play the game at 4K resolution and a target of 60 FPS, you’ll need a graphics card like the RTX 3080 or RX 6900 XT.

Dead Rising Deluxe Remastered

We’re assuming the “recommended” specs target 1080p and 60 FPS, for which you’ll need a GTX 1070Ti paired with a Ryzen 5 3600. Beyond that, 16 GB of RAM is recommended, and the game’s size has yet to be announced.

Dead Rising Deluxe Remastered PC Version

You can pre-order the game now on PC via Steam.

Dead Rising Deluxe Edition remastered release date

Dead Rising Deluxe Remastered will be released on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PS5 on September 19, 2024.

For a remake, this obviously took a lot of effort, and it’s pretty impressive that Capcom was able to recreate such an old game in the RE Engine. We look forward to documenting the zombie outbreak as Frank again in September!
