EA games not showing up in library
The game is still being processed or the order is not completed
If you recently purchased a game, it may take a while for it to appear in your library. The order may still be processing. To check the status of your order, you can go to the EA Account Settings Portal and click on the Order History tab. If the order is still processing, you will receive the game after the order is completed. If the order does not appear, you may have purchased the game on a different account. In this case, try logging into the EA Account Settings Portal with a different email address you may have used.
Library Settings
Make sure your game library is set to show all games, not just installed games. Sometimes games may not show up if the library settings are not configured correctly. You can check this by going to the Origin menu and selecting “Reload My Games” or by making sure the library is set to show “All Games”.
Incomplete application or technical issues
There have been reports of technical issues with EA apps, such as games not loading or libraries not displaying properly. Some users have experienced an empty library or a yellow bar appearing at the top of the app. These issues may be related to the app itself and can be resolved by updating the app, resetting the app, or contacting EA Support for help.
DLC and Expansion Packs
If you purchase a DLC or expansion pack for a game, it’s important to note that only the base game will appear in your library. To access the DLC or expansion pack, you’ll need to hover over the game in your library and click on the three dots that appear in the top corner. From there, you can view your DLC and expansion packs.
