Elden Ring players can obtain the Gorefiend Arm by defeating a Gorefiend enemy anywhere in the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion pack. The weapon is a random drop from defeating a normal Gorefiend, and is not a special reward for a specific enemy.

Early in the game, the player can attempt to obtain the Bloodthirster in several locations. However, the best place to obtain the weapon is in the town of Prospect in the Graveyard Plains region.
Players can start at the Three Cross Grace Ruins and head west across the mountainside to the Belurat Town settlement. Go south, along the cliff edge, until you reach another field with the Grace Ruins at the end of the cliff road. Prospect Town is just south of the ruins and is a row of ruined buildings.
The Bloodthirsty Arm contains the Endurance skill, which allows the player to increase their composure to resist attacks and reduce the damage they take. It also requires 28 Strength, 16 Arcane, and 11 Agility to use.

Blood Demon is a huge monster that usually wanders around. As long as you get close to it, it will stand up and attack you. Its attack method is simple, but for early players, its big move can kill you in a few times.
The best place to find weapons is in Prospect Town, as there are several Bloodfiends there at once. Players can also summon their Spirit Ashes in this area, making it easier to deal with large groups.
