The Bunny Stabilizer is a drop from the Magister Lab mission in Kingston.

The Rabbit Helix Catalyst drops from the Vulgus Data Transmitter quest in Kingston.
The Rabbit Code drops from the Amorphous Material Pattern: Rabbit, which drops from the Sleepy Hollow quest in Kingston. The Amorphous Material Pattern: Rabbit will only open after defeating the Grave Walker.
Once you have collected these materials, visit Magister Anas and research the Rabbit. It will take 400,000 gold and 1 minute to complete the research. Once the research is complete, you will unlock the Offspring Rabbit.
