Who is Kofi Kingston?
Kofi Nahaje Sarkodie-Mensah (born 14 August 1981) is a Ghanaian-born American professional wrestler currently affiliated with WWE, competing under the Raw brand on The New Day under the ring name Kofi Kingston.

Kofi began his professional wrestling career after completing his studies at Boston College. He initially wrestled in the New England independent scene as Jamaican wrestler Kofi Nahaje Kingston.
His talent caught the attention of WWE, who signed him to a developmental deal in 2006. In 2008, he moved to WWE, maintaining his Jamaican identity until late 2009, when he dropped his Jamaican identity and accent but kept the ring name Kofi Kingston. He then began competing as his actual home country of Ghana.

- His parents are Kwasi and Elizabeth Sarkodie-Mensah.
- Kofi has an older brother named Kwame, also known as Twitch streamer Temp0, and a deceased older sister named Nana Akua.
- The family moved to the United States, eventually settling in the greater Boston area.
- Coffey completed his high school education at Winchester High School in Winchester, Massachusetts.
- He continued his studies at Boston College.
