To save the Petrified Woman in the game Lords of the Fallen, follow these steps:

Go to the cave where the Petrified Woman is located in the Forgotten Swamp area.
When you enter the cave, she will start talking to you. She will tell you her story about how she was turned to stone by a spell cast by a wizard named Wilmark.
To save her, you need to use the radiance spell. Make sure the spell doesn’t harm her in the process.
Certain character classes with high radiance attributes, such as Orion Missionaries or Dark Crusaders, can use these spells effectively.
