What is the Prime Minister of Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana?
The Prime Minister Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojana is a ambitious regional plan carried out by the central government to increase irrigation and provides farmers to provide fertile land by providing high -quality seeds and fertilizers to farmers. The Prime Minister Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojana covers infertility, barren, and unsolvable agricultural land to increase planting and provide assistance to farmers.
Pradhan Mantri Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojana will cooperate with states to implement and integrate the current plan. It will include 100 areas with average level, medium crop intensity and low productivity.

PM Dhan-Dhanya Krishi’s goal
According to FM Sitharaman’s announcement, the goal of the Prime Minister Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana is:
- Improve agricultural productivity
- Use crop diversification and sustainable agricultural practice
- Storage after enhanced harvest of Panchayat and Block Level
- Improve irrigation facilities
- Promote long -term and short -term credit usability
Who will benefit from the plan?
The Minister of Finance announced that Dhan Dhanya plans to start in low -income areas to improve agricultural productivity. According to the plan, 170 million farmers will be supported. The plan will be implemented with the state government.
