In the last tranche of payments on June 18, 2024, around 925 crore farmers received payments. This time, about 2.5 million new farmers have been added to the list of beneficiaries.

On October 5, 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will transfer over Rs 20,000 crore to farmers of over Rs 94 crore as part of the 18th phase of the PM-KISAN scheme. The event will be held in Washim, Maharashtra.
PM-KISAN Direct Benefit Transfer
The scheme is available to small and marginal farmers in India who own up to 2 hectares of land. They receive Rs 6,000 per year, transferred directly into their bank accounts in three installments of Rs 2,000 each. It is the largest direct benefit transfer program in the world.

Step 2: Enter the “Farmers Zone” section
Step 3: Click on the “Beneficiary Status” link
Step 4: Enter your Aadhaar number, bank account number or mobile number as required and submit
Step 5: The payment status will be displayed on the screen

Step 3: Enter state, district, division, block and village details
Step 4: The beneficiary list will be displayed on the screen, please check your name in the list
When will the 17th installment of PM-KISAN be released?
Prime Minister Modi launched the 17th issue of PM-KISAN yojana on June 18, 2024 in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi. A total of 9.26 billion farmers have benefited. The 18th installment will benefit more than 940 million farmers across the country.
