• To be Quincy, you need a lost-soul character with a chain in his chest. If you have upgraded your character to a Hollow or Soul Reaper, you must reset or create a new character.
• Visit the hospital and find an NPC named Fresh. Talk to Fresh and they will tell you about a book you need hidden in the hospital.
• The book is currently in the possession of a thief named Death. Defeat the marked NPC holding the book key.
• Use the key you obtained to go to room 9 in the right corridor of the hospital.
• Pick up the Book of Quincy in Room 9.
• Find an NPC named Duda outside the hospital. Remember his location for later.
• Duda will instruct you to talk to Tyrone in the Unreal World. Talk to Duda again and he will teleport you to the area.
• Find Tyrone in the unreal world and accept his quest. You need to defeat a hollow and take its mask. Nearby voids should be highlighted in red.
