How to Unlock M Bison’s Costume in Street Fighter 6 2
To unlock M Bison’s Costume 2 for free in Street Fighter 6, you must first become his student in World Tour Mode. Then, you must raise his bond level to 100. Use the table of contents above to jump to different points in the process.
How to become M Bison’s student in Street Fighter 6 World Tour mode
Before you go, please make sure you have done the following:
- Raise JP or Ed’s style level to level 5, then talk to them to unlock their level 1 super art.
- Complete the mission “Into the Shadow of Shadaloo” (If you unlocked Akuma’s Costume 2, you have already completed this mission).
Take photos of animals at Old Ness Hall

Once you are ready to find M Bison, head to Old Nayshall during the day. You will receive a text message from Foo, starting a series of tasks that will unlock M Bison as a World Tour Mode Master. Your first task is to use your phone to take photos of “unusual animals”.
You need to talk to the man who saw these “strange animals” and he will tell you where they are. Each time you need to talk to the man, and each time there is a new animal to take a picture of, their location will be marked on the map.

To take a photo of an animal, stand in the area marked on the map, then open your phone’s photo app and take the photo. You’ll end up with a photo of one of these weird animals:
- a dog,
- a cat,
- There is also a little hippo.

With the three photos, return to the witness, who eventually realizes that the strange animal is a horse that can only be seen at night. Head to the safe house west of Old Ness Hole, change the time to night, and then head to the marked location before the mountain pass at the north end of the map, where the horse is waiting. Follow the horse toward the stadium, where you’ll meet the man who will become M Bison.

Now Foo asks you to return to Metro City to talk to FANG and claim the quest reward. Then move to any new area to get another text message from Foo with a new quest: Foo wants you to participate in a Psycho Power experiment.

Equip Ed or JP’s Level 1 Super Art, then head to Nayshall again. Go to your safe house, change the time to night, and head to the arena. Talk to Dolls Changpa, who asks you to attack them three times with the Psychic Power Super Art. Don’t worry about the meter – you’ll have a full meter for this battle.
After completing the three Super Arts, Dolls Changpa will take you to the ruins of Shadaloo Labs in the quest “Into the Shadow of Shadaloo”. The lab is now inhabited and you can travel back and forth freely.

Talk to Dr. Badd to start the “Experiments”. The first experiment is to attack enemies with the five psychic power super arts. The next goal is to complete 10 combos. This can be very challenging, but you can choose some methods to make the task easier:
- Use Jamie’s Level 1 Super Art Breakin’ which has over 10 hits already built in.
- Alternatively, hit a few times, use Chun-Li’s Super Speed Lightning Kick (Quarter Circle Forward + KK), then keep kicking to exceed the 10 hit requirement.

Once you complete these tasks, a cutscene will play and you’ll unlock M Bison as the Master.

To get M Bison’s Costume 2 in Street Fighter 6 World Tour mode, you need to give him enough gifts to raise his bond level to 100.
How to get the best gift for M Bison: Carrot

M Bison’s best 40-point gift is the Carrot. This isn’t for him, but for his horse. To get it, talk to Dr. Badd again. He wants you to defeat his powerful level 90 Experiment using M Bison’s Style. This enemy has strong attacks, so try to close your level gap before challenging him. Luckily, you only need to defeat the Experiment to get the Carrot gift.
How to get M Bison’s favorite gift: Globe

Globe is a 5-point gift from M Bison. You can occasionally get it by fighting Merchant Hawker, in the Shadaloo Lab where you become M Bison’s student. Although the description says “hit with 3 Super Arts”, it actually means hitting him three times with a Super Art. Any Super Art that hits the opponent three times or more will do.
Where to buy M Bison’s not-so-favorite gift: Psycho Charge

You can only get one carrot, and you have to wait until Hawke is defeated before you can get more gold orbs. To fill any extra bond levels for M Bison, you can buy the Psycho Charge item for him. You can buy Psycho Charge from the shopkeeper Tsanpa at the market near the Old Nayshall safe house for 1260 Zannis each. This item grants two points of bond, so it’s a well worth investing in when working towards getting Costume 2 for M Bison.
While most characters would get 2 points from the prepaid card, M Bison was unimpressed and only got 1. Shadaloo Experiment Ed was another character who didn’t get much value from this item.
