Street Fighter 6
Released in February 2022, Street Fighter 6 is the seventh main entry in the iconic fighting game series developed and published by Capcom. The highly anticipated version will be released on June 2, 2023 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S.
A specially adapted arcade version, Street Fighter VI Arcade, was released in Japanese arcades on December 14, 2023. Along with the game’s release, a prequel manga series was released in September 2022, adding more depth to the Street Fighter narrative.

Street Fighter 6 Gameplay

World Tour offers a single-player story mode where players can explore 3D environments and engage in action-adventure gameplay. Battle Hub is an online lobby mode with customizable avatars that allows players to participate in tournaments, events, and play simulated Capcom arcade games.
The main combat gameplay revolves around the Drive Meter, which encourages players to be creative with five different techniques. Street Fighter VI features three control types: Classic, Modern, and Dynamic. Multiple Super Combos inspired by the Street Fighter Alpha sub-series return, with characters having three Super Combos based on their level meter.
A live commentary system enhances the feel of the match style, with eight different commentators providing play-by-play and live commentary, allowing players to cheer on the action. The game also includes an “Extreme” fight type with special rules and gimmicks to add variety to the matches.
