Nevers Season 1 Ending Explained

A lot happened in the last few episodes of Nevers Season 1! Dr. Hague is a character who talks to the dead over the phone and is revealed to be connected to a mysterious threat called “The Mother.” Myrtle accidentally kills someone, and Lucy, with her special powers, breaks through Galanti’s protective shell, causing chaos. There is some drama between siblings Auggie and Lavinia, with Auggie revealing that he was responsible for Lavinia’s disability. Meanwhile, Amalia and Penance confront Maradi and pursue the Galanti. The story takes unexpected turns, including death, betrayal, and a plan for “Mother” to take over the Galanti family. In the end, Galanti sacrifices herself, Amalia dies but returns, and a strange power shift affects the Moved. A post-credits scene hints at Myrtle’s connection to “Mother.” The conclusion leaves some mysteries and raises questions about the consequences of the power of those who are moved.
