In Chicken Run 2: Nugget Dawn, the sequel to the beloved original, the story follows escaped chickens living happily on an idyllic island. Ginger and Rocky are now parents to a newly hatched baby named Molly, and they work hard to protect her from the outside world. Concerns have emerged as construction on the mainland points to potential threats from new chicken farms. Ginger is now a vigilant parent, leading the community in hiding.
