The show is adapted from “Pokémon” produced by The Pokémon Company. The play is written by Harumi Toki and directed by Iku Ogawa. The main actors are Nonen Reina and Fukuhara Natsuru. The music is composed by Maria Takeuchi. The show comes from Japan and the United States, and is in Japanese.
The show only has four episodes per season, with each episode lasting about 15 to 20 minutes. Companies producing the work include The Pokémon Company, Dwarf Studios and Netflix Animation. The film was released on Netflix on December 28, 2023, and you can watch it on Netflix.

Production on Pokémon Concierge began in February 2023, when they announced the news during a special Pokémon event. They said they are working on a new show for Netflix using stop-motion animation. To make this happen, The Pokémon Company partnered with Dwarf Animation Studio.
In July, they shared more news. Voice actor Rena Nōnen was chosen as the main voice for the character of Haru. Haru is a concierge at a resort, and her job is to look after tired Pokémon and their trainers.
Then, in November, they released a trailer. The trailer showcases the character’s voices in both Japanese and English. Some of the cast includes Ay Fairuz, Eita Okuno, Yoshiko Takemura, Imani Hakim, Josh Keaton and Lori Allen. They are the ones who use their voices to bring the characters to life on the show.
