How to buy skins on the Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace
The Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace can be accessed through the official Ubisoft website. After opening the link, you will be logged into your UPlay account through R6 Siege’s Marketplace. You can find three tabs: Buy, Sell, and My List.
NOTE: You need to be at Permission Level 25 to use the Marketplace. You will need to play several games of Rainbow Six: Siege to level up.
To buy or browse the cosmetics selection, go to Buy. You will see all the listings arranged by item. You can view each item and view three categories: Last Sale Price, Sales Order, and Purchase Order.

If the sales order is 0, it means no one is selling that particular item, and if the purchase order is 0, it means no one is buying that item. When you want to buy an item through a sales order, you need to place a purchase order at a specific price that you are willing to pay for that item.
If your order is successful, the system will automatically deposit the skin into your account and deduct R6S points. This manual purchase is only for those who want to buy at a price lower than the cheapest. You can always buy the cheapest if you need.
How to sell skins in the Rainbow Six Siege Marketplace
Selling works the same way, but you are the one on the other end. Go to the Sell tab and the marketplace will automatically fetch all the items on the site that are eligible or available for sale. You will see all the items and can go through them one by one to sell them.
Each item will show the same information (compared to the purchase tag) and you should try to see the price point at which it was last sold. Select the item you want to sell and set up a sales order for a specific price. If the price matches any purchase order price, you will have sold the item and your account will receive the corresponding R6S points.
Most players don’t need all the cosmetics, and currently no one has duplicates, because when you earn an item you already own in the game, the duplicate is immediately converted to prestige. If you want to sell your items to buy a battle pass or something from the R6S store, you should do so.
You can earn premium in-game currency from this sale, and can buy all elite packs, skins, uniforms, accessories, and everything else. Most items in the game store are not available for sale, so this is your chance to get them without paying a penny.
You can even use your remaining R6S Points to purchase the best Operators missing from your roster.
