How to get the Priestess’ Heart in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree
Find the Dragon Communion Priestess
Your first task is to find the Dragon Communion Priestess in the Jagged Peak area and talk to her. However, to enter the Jagged Peak area, you must go through the Dragon’s Pit mini-dungeon in Gravesite Plain and clear it. At the end of the dungeon, you will find a door that leads to the Jagged Peak area.

Once there, go to the Dragon’s Lair Terminus Graceland and go south. The path south will lead you to the Dragon Communion Priestess. She will be standing next to the Dragon Communion High Altar.
Speak with the Dragon Communion Priestess
Talk to her and she’ll give you the option to “Devour Dragon Essence”. Accept her offer and she’ll ask you to defeat Bayle. Accepting her offer will also give you the Elder Dragon’s Blessing consumable to increase all damage cancellation using FP.

Return to the area you came from, and take the path to the right from there. Follow this path until you come across a dragon in the lake area. Kill the dragon, then talk to the NPC. He will give you Igon’s Furled Finger, which you can use to summon him during the battle with Bayle.
Continue forward and you’ll come to a Spirit Spring. Jump up and cross the bridge to the foot of the Jagged Land of Grace. You’ll come to an open area where two dragons are fighting. Go straight past them and jump up from the two Spirit Springs.

Once you enter the cave, go straight ahead and avoid the boulders. Turn left and you will enter an arena where you will fight the ancient dragon Senax.
After the battle, go straight ahead and rest at the Land of Grace on the mountainside of Jagged Peak. Take the path to the left and keep following this path until you reach the third Spirit Spring, which will take you to the Land of Grace at the top of Jagged Peak.

This is the home of Bile the Terrible and where the boss fight begins. Enter the arena and prepare to take on one of the toughest bosses in the Shadowgrove expansion.

After defeating Bile the Terrible, return to the Dragon Communion Priestess and you’ll find some loot on the ground. This loot includes the Flowerstone Gavel weapon and the Priestess’ Heart item.
To transform into a dragon, take off all your armor and use the Priestess Heart. You will transform into your dragon form and can only be reverted after death. Additionally, using the heart again will enhance the Dragon Cult spell, but at the cost of having no armor on you.
How to get the Heart of Stone in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
Just like the Priestess Heart, you will find the Stone Heart in the Jagged Peaks area. However, for this item, you don’t have to fight any bosses or interact with any NPCs in the game. Compared to the Priestess Heart, this is a fairly easy item to find.

To find the Heart of Stone, you need to unlock the “Dragon Realm Painting” in Shadowkeep. In the west wing of Shadowkeep, head to the warehouse and go east. In the next area, you’ll find a ladder next to a corpse. Go down the ladder and over the waterfall to find another ladder. Climb up the ladder and get the painting from the warehouse.
After obtaining the painting, enter the Jagged Peak Mountainside Site of Grace in the Jagged Peak area and go southwest on the map.
Use the Spiritspring to jump onto the ledge. Continue straight, then jump onto the ledge below when the path begins to turn left. The storm will dissipate when you reach this area. Turn right and jump to the bottom.

When you get there, a chair will appear. Wait a few seconds and the ghost will appear, drop the Heart of Rock and disappear into thin air.
This item is similar to the Priestess’s Heart, the only difference being that it turns your character into a draconian and enhances the draconic communication spell.
Both of these items are unlimited use items that you can use to transform yourself into a dragon and enhance your dragon form. One thing to remember is that when you use these two items, you need to take off your armor and you can only return to your normal form after you die.
