California was the state with the most UFO sightings in 2015. The most recent sighting was reported on March 22, 2015, when a witness in Ladera Ranch reported seeing a green object falling from the sky with a flaming tail.

2. Florida (5,113 sightings)

Residents of the Sunshine State have reported numerous UFO sightings in 2015. The most recent sighting involved two objects, one green and one red, that rapidly changed color, direction and speed on March 23, 2015, over Deltona.

3. Washington (5,004 sightings)

Washington ranked third. On March 24, someone reported seeing a UFO after a phone call between Everett’s siblings. Witnesses reported seeing two large black V-shaped craft with orange lights on them.

4. Texas (4,359 sightings)

It wasn’t a clear night in Texas in 2015. On March 25, a College Station resident reported seeing a red and green sphere in his telescope, moving at an alarming rate. The object’s erratic motion and speed indicated it was not a conventional aircraft or satellite.

5. New York (3,837 sightings)

There have been a number of UFO reports in New York in 2015. On March 22, there was a bizarre sighting in the Bronx, where someone allegedly tried to abduct a plane with a spacecraft, and strange noises were heard in the attic.
