I searched the starting area of the Shire for clay, checking common locations like rocky hills and near rivers, but found none. Finally, I found a ton of clay near a lake, with rocks dotted along the lakeshore and surrounding hills.
Like most other survival games that require gathering resources, clay is reddish-brown in color. In Pax Dei, clay comes in large lumps or piles, and you’ll typically find five or six piles per deposit, not just one.
