There are currently only two ways to unlock Dangerous Advance in Destiny 2. First, you can complete Final Form on Legendary difficulty, and then you will have the option to collect this Exotic item. Keep in mind that the campaign must be completed on Legendary difficulty, and you must complete the campaign on Titan in order to receive this offer.
The second way to collect this Exotic is through Exotic Inscriptions from Master Cryptmaster Rahul or by purchasing the Exotic directly. However, if you do wish to purchase the Exotic directly from Master Cryptmaster Rahul, you must level up Master Rahul by earning 6,000 XP. This can be achieved by decrypting Exotics and Prime Inscriptions. Once this is done, you will unlock a new section of his shop called “Tier 3” which will allow you to focus on this Exotic.

Dangerous Propulsion features a game-changing skill, Dangerous Close. This skill grants a chance to detonate kinetic Exodus rockets with a precision strike or finishing blow with your weapon. Upon activating your class ability, these detonated Exodus rockets are released. Additionally, damaging an enemy with an Exodus rocket temporarily increases the damage output of all other rockets.
